John Gray proceedingsdefend , of St. John Evangelist , was indicted for feloniously stealing 20 Silk Handkerchiefs , the Goods of Thomas Beningfield proceedingsvictim and Alexander Mac-Raby proceedingsvictim , the 31st of August last.

It appear'd by the Evidence, that the Prisoner was a Porter , employ'd by the Prosecutor, and stole the Goods; the Fact being plainly prov'd, the Jury found him Guilty of the Indictment.
