Diana Cole proceedingsdefend , who should have given Evidence against the before-mentioned William Berridge < no role > , but instead thereof cleared him, by saying that he was not the Person that she had the Goods of, was indicted for a Misdemeanor in receiving the said Goods ; which being proved by sufficient Evidence and her own Confession on her Trial, The Jury found her Guilty . But her Sentence is Respited till next Sessions .
