M Oldridge deposed, that he Horn-Church in Essex with his Wife, who was a owned the Fact, and had His Confession was read in Court. The Prisoner said, he had no Keys, but the Door being he went in, and seeing the Money took it. The Jury considering the matter found him Guilty to the value of 39s. Transportation .
