It appeared that the Prisoner took the Goods out of the Prosecutor's Cabbin, and going to sell them, was stopt, and the Goods cry'd, and own'd by the Prosecutor. The Prisoner in Excuse pleaded, that he was so Drunk he knew not what he did or said. The Jury found him Guilty . Transportation .
