| Examination Text | Davis Pope aged about 66 years lodging at Mrs Hackman's in that part of Castle Street which is in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields on his oath saith that is a Cordwainer by trade and lived in and rented an house in Hungerford Market in the Parish aforesaid for the space of four years at the yearly rent of 12 pounds besides taxes, quitted the same about 10 years ago, that he hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since.
