Examination TextJoseph Harrison removed by an order of removal from the Parish of Westham in the County of Essex to the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon his oath saith that he is about 50 years of age, that he never was bound an apprentice kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor was a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together, that his father Joseph Harrison kept a cooks shop and lived in and rented an house in Church Lane in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of three years at the yearly rent of 20 pounds besides taxes, that his father never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes after he quitted the aforesaid house.
