Examination Text | Ruth Creese aged Twenty ffive Years (in the Workhouse) Saith she never was marryed that she was born at Lambeth and was bound an Apprentice by Indenture for Seven Years to one Mrs Bawcock a Landress in Bennet Street in the Parish of Christ Church in Surry and that she there served all the said Time and was afterwards a yearly hired Servant for the space of Fifteen Months to one Mr Livingthorp a Butcher in hungerford Market in this Parish had four Pounds by the year Wages Diet and Lodging and left that Service six or seven weeks since and never kept house rented ten pounds by the year or pad any Parish Taxes |
