day of Janry 1706 Saith that abt Five years last
past She became acqted wth Henry Ryeley then
an apprentice to Mr Harris a woollen Draper
in Bedford Street in the parish of St Paul Covent
Garden then the next Door to where this Informt
[..] was a hired Servt & where he made love to
her & promised her Marriage And this Informt Further
Saith that on or abt the Fourteenth of Aprill last
past the sd Henry Ryeley< no role > met this Informt in St James
Park & from the [..] went into Castle Street to an Ale
house where the Said Henry Ryley< no role > had the Carnall
Knowledge of her body 2 Sevall times & did beget
her this Informt wth Childe & is the reall true
Father of a Male bastard childe named Henry
of wch Shee was Delivered off in this parish on the 7th
day of this Instant Janry & not any other Etc And this Informt.
Further Saith that abt 2 years last past Shee was a yearly
hired Servt wth Capt Wm Bodman< no role > in O [..] rchard Street
in the parish of St Margarets Westmr where Shee lived
abt three years at £4 P Ann wages & hath gained noe other
Settlemt This Informt Further Deposeth that Susanna < no role > the
wife of Edward Kidder< no role > on or abt the 15th of this
Instant Janry came wth the wife of the sd Henry Ryley< no role >
and called this Informt Sevall Ill names & Said in case
Shee was in Mrs Ryleys place Shee wou'd Dragg her out
of bed for telling the Justice of the peace & Overseers
of the Poore that Henry Ryley< no role > was the father
of the sd childe And Said that the Justice that Examined
her this Informt was one of the Caball & that Shee
beleived that he had Laine wth her Offtner than the sd
Henry Ryley< no role > had done or words to that or the like
