of Oct 1706 Saith that her Husband was
bound an apprentice unto Wm Bailey< no role > of
witch Street in the this Pish Chimney Sweeper
for the Term of 7 years wch sd Term he faith
fully Served wch Expired abt 10 yrs past & abt
2 yrs after her husband was prest on board
her Maties ship the Royall Oake in wch he con
tinued 2 yrs Sometime afterwards he was prest
on board the Associacon in wth he continued
abt a quarter of a yeare after wch he was
also prest on board her maties Ship the
Sandage in wch he continued abt 5 Weeks
& last of all he entered himselfe on board
her Maties Ship the revenge in wch he has
been abt 6 yrs & hath not Since gained any
other Legall Settlemt by being a house keeper
a yearly hired Servt or otherwise whatsoevr
than in this Pish as aforesaid

Inn in Drury Lane where he had the Carnall
Knowledge of her body Sevall times & Sevall
times Since at her Lodgings in Fountaine Cort
& at other places and is the reall true Father of
Such childe or children as shee now goeth wth & that
Shee is abt Six Months gone wth Childe & that
not any other person ever had the Carnall Knowledge
