delivered of a Female Bastard Childe named

the County of Middx wch Sd Female Bastard childe
was begott on her body in the house of John Saundrs< no role >
of the aforesd Parish Esqr (whose Servt Shee
this Depont then was) by John Stamp< no role > Gent who
was then a lodger, where he Sevall times
had the Carnall Knowledge of her body
& is there all True father of the sd bastard
