The Condicon of this obligacon is Such That Whereas the Churchwardens above named
Charles Wood< no role > Thomas Ingram< no role > Thomas Kirkham< no role > & John Freelove< no role > Overseers of the poore
of the pish of St. Clement Danes with the Assent of John Phillipps< no role > & Alloslre Esqrs.
Justices of the peace for the County of Middx & Citty & libty of Westmr . according to the statute
in that case made & provided have putt John Bly< no role > Apprentice to Robert Reoil and have give
with the said apprentice the sume of fourty shillings ster If therefore the
above bounden Robert Revill< no role > William Revil< no role > & Thomas Revil< no role > or any or either of them or either
of their heire Executors Administrs Doe well & Sufficiently provide for keepe & maintaine the
Said John Bly in by & with all & all manner of needfull & necessary meate drink washing
lodging Apparrell Linnen & all other necessaryes meet & convenient for Such an apprentice
dureing the said terme of seaven yeares And also well & Sufficiently serve defend keepe
harmlesse & indempnifield the said Churchwardens & overseers of the poore of the said
parish & their Successors for the time being & all the Inhabitants of the said parish 10th.
now are & hereafter shall be of and from the Charge of Keeping & maintaineing the
said Apprentice dureing the terme aforesaid And of & from all accon & accons Suites &
taxacons whatsoever which the parishioners of St. Clements Danes or any of them
Shall or may sustaine incurr or be putt unto for or in respect of the said Apprentice
in any manner of wise then this obligacon to be void & of none effect or else to
be & remaine in full force & virtue.
