The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That whereas the Churchwardens

Overseeres of the poore of the Parish of St Clement Danes wth thassaent of
two Justices of the peace according to the Statute in that case provided Have
putt Eliz Patty Apprentice to Anne - Perian for the terme of five [..]
yeares from the date [..] above written and have given with the said
Apprentice the sume of fourty shillings sterling if therfore If therefore
the said Simon Bryant< no role > or John Bryant< no role > or eyther of them or eyther
of theire heires Execrs. or Admrs. or any of them doe well & sufficiently
provide for Keepe & maintaine the said Apprentice in by & with all & all
manner of needefull & necessary Lodging washing Lodging Apparrell
linnen and all other necessarys meete & convenient for such an
apprentice dureing the said terme And alsoe well & sufficiently save &
defend & keepe harmelesse & indempnified the [..] Churchwardens &
Overseeres of the poore and theire Successors. and all the Inhabitants &
Parishoners of the said parish which now are & hereafter shall
be of and from the Charge of keepeing & maintaineing the said
Apprentice in any manner of wise dureing the said terme & of & from
all Accons Suites & Taxacons whatsoever wth said parish or parishoners
of St Clement Danes or any of them may incurre susteine or be
putt unto in any manner of wise in respect of the said Apprentice
then this Obliagcon to be voyd & of none effect or else to be and
remaine in full force power & virtue
