Wee are content to pay the Lady Hart the Sume of
Fifty pounds in full of all Arreares for her Annuity due
at Xmas next And in discharge of her costs both in Law &
Equity

Wee are content out of the Rents and proffitts of the
Estate Granted to pay my Lady Hart her Annuity of One
Hundred pounds P Ann from Xmas next And for Soe
doeing Wee desire that the Church Wardens and Trustees
may be Indempnified by the Decree of this Court and that
Wee may have Our Cost out of the Trust Estate
