Charge to make Use of either Apothecary or Chirurgion
for the poore Therefore It is Ordrd that neither be made
Use of henceforth but by the direccon of this board But
when the Overseers shall see Occassion for Purge or
Bleeding that they give to such Pson 6d or One Shill
to pcure ye same
