Yeares in case he shod soe Long Live The other for the
same Rent Terme of Yeares and Condicons unto Sarah Howlett< no role >
the Wife of the said John Howlett< no role > And Whereas
there is now upwards of 2 Yeares Rent in Arreare due
for the same from this Pish The said Sarah Howlett< no role > the
Relict and Executrix of the said John Howlett< no role > doth now:
propose to this board to accept of £10: P Ann instead of the
£12 due as aforesaid And to Release and acquitt all arreares
of Rent due as aforesd to the day of

Doe prpare a Deed to the same purport and effect
