given in the Church for the chooseing of Scavenger
in the Church House next Thursday at Two of ye
clocke in the afternoone and that New Books
be prpared against that time for that pte of Westmr & Dutchy
Libertyes as are wthin Our Pish in Ordr to be
rated after a pound Rate

Memorand that in case Mr Herbert
build any Coach Houses Stables or other Out Houses
on the premisses Lyeing and being in High
Holborne in the County of Middlesex formerly
granted him for Termes of Yeares by this Pish
part of wch Yeares are yet unexpired It's Agreed
that upon his the said Mr Herberts Renewall
of the Lease of the Primisses aforesaid the Fine
wch shall then be demanded shall not be raised
Or Advanced upon Accot: of the said Improvemts.
