to be Laid out in the purchaseing of Freehold Messuages or
Tenements or Freehold or Coppy hold Lands of Inheritance
in or neare the Citty of London or Westmr or any the Countys
thereto adjoineing and the Rents and proffitts thereof for Ever to
be disposed off as by his will makes inenconett and wth said
Will is as followeth And after the writeing of the said Will
in the said Booke to Sett downe the places where such
Messuages or Tennemt or Lands are Standing and being
that were purchased wth the said £300 and out of the Said
Rents and proffitts after my said Wifes decease upon every
New Yeares day except it be on the Sabboth day If on the
Sabboth day then the day next after New yeares day to give
Twenty Shillings to a poore Minister of the Church of
England to preach [..] a Sermon in the said pish Church
of St Clemt: Danes on every of the said dayes(the Minister
to be appointed by the Church Ward of the said pish of St
Clemt: Danes for the time being)and out of the Rents &
proffitts Tenn Shillings on every of the said dayes to be
Spent in good Canary to be drank by the Vestry of the said
Pish and the remainder of the said Rents and proffitts on
every of the said dayes Yearely to be given and distributed
amongst the poore Housekeeper wthin that pte of the Pish ye
