Parish worck house gratis soe long & for such tyme as he ye said

shall keepe Spinners therein, & when ever the
Church Wardens & ye Vestery shall direct & bring such Parish
Poor as are fitt to Worke, unto ye Worke house aforesaid yt Jno:
Waring shall Imploy ye said poor in Spinning at his owne proper
Cost, onely its provided yt If any of ye Parish Poor shall Imbissell
pawne on make away any of the wheeles or Cards or wooll soe
Intrusted them by Jno: Waring< no role >
to Worck up, then ye Church War-
-dens & Vestery shall make satisfaction to him for the same
each person not to be Intrusted above-6s..8d six shillings Eight
pence at once, It is further Provided yt If Jno: Waring shall
Refuse to Imploy ye Parish Poor at any tyme upon request
of ye Church Wardens yt then & in such Case ye said Jno: Waring
shall not have ye use of the Parish work house any Longer as
is before agreed upon
