Consideracon of One hundred & tenn Pounds Fine & twenty
Pounds P Ann rent to be paid Quarterly have a Lease gi [..]
him of his house in Holborne for Forty One yeares to Con [..]
from Midsumer next he paying all taxes and then gave
tenn Shillings for the use of the Poore the Lease to be Such
the 30th. of June next.

Further Ordered
That Mr. Michael Lucas< no role > late upper Churchwarden doe receive Interest
from the Seaventeenth day of Aprill last for the Sume of One hundred fifty
Nine Pounds due to him from the Parish after the rate of £5. P Cent P [..]
first yeare and after the rate of £6: P Cent P Ann afterwards till the Principall [..]
the Same to be paid by the Feofee Collector: for the time being as the Same Shall be [..]
due Soe farr as the accompt is past Provided that this be noe barr to any [..]
to the Lady Bridgmans & Lady Midletons money given to the Poore of this Parish

Further Ordered
That Mr. Dorrell upper Churchwarden doe provide for the Vestry
two dozen of Turky leather Chaires and a large Ovell Table and for the [..]
two Slrip't Carpetts for the tables there.

Overseers of ye Poores to Mr. Kirkham Fifty Pounds in part of what is due to him
the Pish which he accordingly this day paid
