That the upper Churchwarden for the future doe receive
the Rents at Addle hill in London and Place it in
his accompts

That Madam Shore in Consideracon of [..] Pound P
Ann to be Paid by her to the upper Church warden for the
time being by half yearly Payments and paying a yeares
rent before hand Shall have the Pew lately belonging to [..]
Bridgmanwas being as Shee and the Vestry Shall agree
untill Such time as the Said Lady Bridgmans heires Shall lawfully
lay claime thereto or otherwise See long as Shee the Said Madam
Strede Shall Inhabite in the Parish Shee continuceing to pay the
rent aforesaid.
