paid to Mr: Thomas Kirkham< no role > upper Churchwarden the sume of One
hundred pounds for the use of the said Parish be Allowed
Interest for the same after the rate of Five pounds P Cent P Ann
till the principall be repaid to be paid Quarterly by the Feofee Collector: for the time being

Further Ordered

That the One hundred pounds above menconed be paid by Mr:
Churchwarden Kirkham to Mr: Robert Smith< no role > in discharge of
the hundred pounds due to him from the Parish and of the
Order of Vestry which he hath for the same.
