the Sume of Sixty Five pounds Fine have a Lease granted him to
Forty one yeares of the Messuages & prinsses now in the possession of the
Roade adjoyening to the Blew Boare
Inn in Holborne in the parish of St.
Andrew Holborne
in the County of Middx under the same rent & The amount
as the said Mr: Reade Enjoyes the same to comence from the Expiracon of
Mr: Reads Lease, and then he gave a Guinney & a Crowne peece for house of
the poore. and the Lease to be Sealed on Tuesday next at Five o'clock in the
afternoone at the Church house.
