Ordered

That Mr: Smith upper Church warden doe borrow one hundred
pounds of Mr: Robert Smith< no role > to pay to Mr: Jeremiah Bradgate< no role >
in part of what the parish owne him and that the parish pay
the said Mr: Smith Interest for the same after the rate of five
pounds P Cent for the first half yeare and after the rate of six
pounds P Cent for soe long afterwards as the said money that
remaine unpaid to him.

Further Ordered

Whereas there was doe to Mr: Jer: Bradgate< no role > late upper Church warden
of this parish the Sume of two hundred Twenty six pounds [..]
Shillings & foure pence half penny on the foot of his account [..]
is all paid off to him To one hundred pounds It is ordered that
Interest be paid him for the said hundred pound for half
yeare next ensueing after the rate of Five pounds P Cent
and afterwards after the rate of Six pounds P Cent P Ann
long time as the same shall remaine unpaid to him

That Mr: Copleston be noe more Summoned to the Vestry in
further order.

That Jane Baker< no role > be admitted into the Almes house in the
Old Church yard in the roome of Goody Hely< no role > deceased
