Upon a Treaty this day with Mr Plummer for his foure foote
of ground in Holborn it is resolved that he shall not have a Lease
of the Same under Forty pounds fine and the old rent of Twenty
Shillings P Ann And then gave him a monthes time to Consider

That the Election for lecturer begin at the Church house at eight of
the Clock on Thursday morning next there to continue his Order
and that notice thereof be given in the Church Sunday next forenoone
& afternoone.
