Sume of one hundred and seaventy pounds fine and paying at Yearly
rent of tenne pounds P ann have a Lease made for 31 Yeares
Commenceing from Middsummer 1690 of Mr. Ravenscrafts Lease
the Covenants to be according to Mr. Ravenscrafts Lease foote for
a passage from the front of the said house on the East P side
towards the new streete
to be excepted which said passage shall
be made at the Charge of the Pish when ye Feoffees shall think [..]
fitt the said Mr Prude haveing paid five shillings in Pte of the
