That Bernard Smith< no role > ye Organist for setting upp the Organ
and Cleanseing it and makeing it tunable and doeing all things
yt is wanting to the repaireing of it be allowed twenty pounds
tenne pounds when demanded and tenne pounds being
the remainder when the said worke is finished he the said
Bernard Smith< no role > being to doe it on or before St Thomas day next
and yt the upper Churchwarden for the time being doe pay
him fourty shillings yearely for seaven yeares so comence for
Christmas day next he the said Bernard Smith< no role > being to keepe
them Cleane and to doe every thing yt shall be necessary or
wanting or belonging to them dureing to ye said terme of seaven
yeares and he to leave ym in good repaires at ye expiracon of
the said terme.
