An Enquiry being made into the last Rate
made for reimbursing the Surveyors of the
Highways for that part of the Parish of St.
Clement Danes Which is in the Liberty of the
Dutchy of Lancaster whether the sd. Surveyors
had accounted for the same and Mr. Ch: Warden
Neve one of the then Surveyors replyed that they
had not for that he was informed by the Justices
at a Special Sessions held at Bloomsbury that
the said Rate was Illegal and therefore there
was only part thereof Collected.

Ordered that the Clerk do Enquire into the
same of Mr. Bolton Clerk of the said Special
Sessions held at Bloombury and report the same to us.

And then this Sessions adjourned till Monday
Sevennight the 17th. Instant at Ten of the Clock
in the forenoon.
