Itt appeareing to the Justices of the peace
that there is One hundrd. Eighty two
pounds one Shillings & Six pence halfe penny due from the late Ovrseers of the
poor on the ballance of their Accots. wch. the sd. Justices [..] were ready to allow
ready to pass & allow the sd. Ovrseers in Ordr. to Prvent any mistakes that
may be in their Accots. do first tyme [..] till [..] next Wednesday

Itt appeareing to us three of his Matyes Justices of the peace
that there
is One hundrd. Eighty two pounds One shilling & Six pence due from the Ovrseers
of the poor for the yeare 1730 One the ballance of their Accots. wch. he had Exaid
& were ready to pass but the sd. Ovrseers desireing to have further tyme to looke over
the Accots. again that all mistakes(if any) might be sett right & offering to advance
to the Prsent Overseers the Sume of One hundred & fifty pounds Vizt. Mr.
Marshall £35. Mr. Stephens £70. Mr. Smith £35. & Mr Cannell £10. makeing
togeather the sd. Sume of £150 to enable them imediately to pay the poor to
due upon their haveing pd. the Sd. money deferr the passing the sd. Accots. to
Wednesday the 23th. day of this Instant June & Ordr. the sd. Ovrseers then to attend
us in Ordr. to have the sd. Accots. ballance & past
Ordrd. that the poors rate for this Prsent Yeare
