That the Queon was putt whether the Lease be granted to Mr Bedford for 51 Yrs
paying £500. Fyne & carryed in the affirmative
Resolved that 4 Lease be granted to Mr Bedford for 51 Yeares to Comence
at Xtmas last paying £500. Fyne upon Sealeing the Leases the 2 Wings at £9
each, the Middle at £7. & the Coach house at £5.
I doe agree to this Proposall & to take the Leaseuponupon the Condicons
aforesd. & to pay the money at Sealeing the Lease as Witness my hand
