Resolved that the mrd in relacon to the Clock be adjourned for 14 days
& in case the Pishonrs. doe not in that tyme give Notice to Mr Bradley by the
hands of the Cl of any defect or notice to meet any workemen to view the
same Then Mr Bradley is to receive Ints from 3 Months after the tyme
the Clock was sett up, and Mr Bradley being Prsent doth agree not to
arrest Mr Gates on the writt made out agt. him
