Mr. Church Warden Baylie moved that care may be taken to Prvent a Bill passing
for the better pavemt & cleansing of the streets in the City of Westmr.

A Coppy of

The Peticon of the Inhabitants of the Citty & Libty of Westmr . whose names are there rate
Subscribers or behalfe of themselves & many Thousands of the sd. Inhabitants Signed by
Sixty one Direct [..] to the Knts . Citizens & Burgesses in Parliamt. Assembled
Appeareing to the humble House & praying the Considracon of the Prmisses & such releife
as their great wisdome & Justice shall be thought meet

The Queon being putt to appoint Mr. Chimmow to gett the [..] Coppyes of all the sevall PPosall
[..] Combing the prveing & Cleaning of the streets

Resolved Nemine Contradicente that Mr Chimmore be appointed to gett such PPosall
& bring them to this board

Ordrd. that Mr Church Warden Baylie doe receive of Mr Wilson the Sume of
48:11:0 Pish money in his hands as the ballance of his accot. as Reveivet. of the
rents of the 2 houses in the Church Yard belonging to this Pish & that he due
give Mr Wilson a Rect. for the same [..] as read for the use of the Pish

Mr. Blackwell moved that the Faculty appointeing the Vestry of this Pish be read &
The Faculty was read accordingly

The Queon putt if Notice shall be given on Sunday next in the Church to Considr.
abt. the Eleccon of a Lecturer in the room of Mr Bell who has resigned & other
matters & carryed in the affirmative
