Mr Bedford appeareing & offereing for the house adjoyneing to the
3 Cupps Inne the Sume of 45 Guineas for a Lease dureing the
Terme of yeares that Dr. Alcocks has in the 3 Cupp Inne.
Ordrd. that a Lease be granted for the sd. Terme to Mr Bedford
on paymt. of the sd. Sume of 45 Guineas reseueing £6 P ann
ground rent free of all Taxes Mr Ch: Warden Bayly haveing reced
one Guineas in part of Paymt.
Mr Bruce applyeing to renew his Lease
Ordered that it be referred to Mr Baylys the Feoffee Collector to look
in to the matter & to report it to this board
Mr Ld. Cravens Letter abt. the Pest house Ground Proposeing to give an
Equivalent to the Severall Pishes Ward.
Resolved that the Chuchwardens be appointed to meet the Ch: Wardens of
the other Pishes returned in the Pest house Ground & due with them waite on
the Ld. Craven & receive his Pposalls & report the same to this board
