Then read & auditted the Accots. for Buryalls for the Month of October
last amounting to the Sume of31:2:7
Upon the Complaint of Coll. Beanett agt. Mr. Parsons that he hath
Pulled downe a house belonging to the Poor of this Pish in Holbourne
& built a Party wall & Sues him for Gd. being a [..] thereof
Resolved that Mr Parsons & Mr Wigley who granted the Lease to Mr.
Parsons have notice to attend this board on Thursday next at 3 in the
afternoon & that he due stay Pceedings in the mean tyme
Ordered that the Pd doe do pre Mr Hart to write to Mr Alcock to
know if he will take a Lease of the rents Adjoyneing to the 3 Cupps
before this Board treat wth. Mr. Caston abt. the Same
