Accots. for the Year 1718 but by then recomended to be pd. out
of the Pish stock or Estate un approximated be borrowed at an Interest at £5
P Cent & that untill paymt. the Ovrseers in disburse be allowed
Interest after the same rate of £5. P Cent P ann from this day
