Resolved that this Board doe agree to Grant a Lease to Mr.
Abraham Nurse for 61 yeares to build over the Church yard abt. 8 feet
behind the houses he is building in Clemt. Lane he paying a
Ground rent of £5 P ann clear of Taxes or paying 10s. a
years clear of Taxes & rebuilding the house Ending into the
Church Yard called Revells Rents. Mr Waring [..]
