Mr Bruce haveing taken an Assignemt. of Mr Prickmans Lease of
her house in Holbourne & desireing an addiconall Terme to be added
to his terme in being, there being 14 ytes to some This board same
to a Resoluton that if the sd. Mr Bruce will lay out £100. in repaires
to be approved off by workmen to be employed by this board
that then this board will add 12 ytes addiconall Terme to his
Lease paying £25. Fyne.
