Pursuant to the Ordr. made the last Meeting Mr Wyton left his PPosalls
wth. the Church Warden & the Vestry meeting accordingly Itt is resolved
that a Lease be granted to Mr Wyton for 51 yeares to Comente from
the Expiracon of the Lease in being in to the fine of £206:1s:6d & ye yrly
rent of £8 P Ann but Considring that a Light how to fore built by
Mr Herbert cannot be stept up wch. will be a Prjudice to the new
building it is likewise resolved that one yeares by one without paymt.
of rent be allowed for the new building or entale be inpsl on a
longer tyme then he is to be allowed two yeares but this as to be
lost to the Churchwarden to settle for the benefitt of the Pish
