Moved by Mr Clarke that the upper Church Warden
Mr Lathwell
haveing as prsumed a great Deale of the Pish money in his hands
& being now in Custody of an officer for Debt that a Method
may be taken to Servre wh. money [..] is in his hands [..] The board being
informed that he declares he will make up his accots. fairly by Easter Therefore
Noe Ordr. made on that mason
Ordrd. that the Clarke of the Vestry doe give Mr Warner Mr Sherwood
Mr. Syms & Mr Dambelly & [..] Ordrd. that if they have not pd. their rents to Mr
Lathwell that they [..] nor any other Pson industry Costs Pish now [..] doe pay any
more to him
Resolved this Board will not alter the resoluton made the last
meeting in relacon to Mr Rish entering the ground by the play house
