the year 1712 It appears that there is-
remaining in the hands of the said Joseph

& in the hands of the sd. Josiah Reen< no role > 17.9.6
notwhich they are here by Ordered to
pay Mr. Church Warden Tench & in case
they refuse to pay the Same Then It is
here by Ordered that Mr Church Warden
Tench to apply to this Prsent Quarter
Sessions to get an Ordr. to compell them
to pay the Same accordingly

Adjourned to view the Estate in Holborne

And abiere being had of that Estate it appeares that
the great house now in the possion of Mr. Herbert is in very
great Decay by reason of great Difference of the read
& casements. being stolen away & if not prudly presented greater-
Damage will be done & that Mr Herbert be as granted there wth-
& that the sd. house be putt into [..] Psuant to the Court. in the last
