Milford Lane & pipes leading thereto thro the pish Grounds

Att the request of Mr. Fogarty the Brewer adjourned over
till the next Vestry

Mr. Wareing moved in relacon to Mr Syms abt. Milford Staires
adjourned to this day

Mrs. Syms agreemt. wth. the Pish read Date 1st. Oct 1701.

Ordered that Mr. Syms doe pay four pounds downe for
the Arreares of the rent of Due since his Mors death &
that he pay £4 yearly for the future Comenceing at Michaes
last by halfe yearly paymts. & that he due enter into a
bond of £100. for [..] paymt.
there of & for pformance of such Covents. as shall be
thought resonable by the Vestry for him to enter into for the
Incroachmt. of Milford Staires
