Peirson of a front and back house in high Holbourne aforesd Granted in Consideracon of rebuilding
the front house and repaireing the back house from Xmas last past for the Terme of 42 yeares at 0.2
under the yearly Rent of £15 P Ann and Alienacon fine 20s Clear of all taxes wth other Usuall Covents
the the first yeare paying the Rent of a Pepper Cornechly

A Draught of the Lease from the Feoffees of Certaine lands in High Holbourne belonging to our Parish
