this Pish Settled at a Vestry held on the 1st day of Decr: 1703
and Exhibited into Henry Newton< no role > Doctor of Laws Viccar
Genll and OfficiallPrincipallPrincipall of the Diocess
of London into wth he Subscribed his name and caused
the Same to be Entred in the Episcopall Registry of London
and caused the Seate of his office to be Affixed fit be
here Entred and then laid up in the Press wth the rest
of the Pochiall Deeds and writeings

That whereas the Said Table of Feeses are Imprinted or
Sevll Sheets of paper Ordrd that Soe many of the [..]
Said Prints as the Church Wardens Shall think fitt & convenient
be putt in to Frances and hung up in the Church
