Resolved and Agreed that five of the
aforementioned Gentlemen be a Quorum And that
they have Power to meet from time to time as Occasion
shall Require and report their Proceedings as
soon as conveniently they can to a General
Vestry to be called for that Purpose.

Resolved and Agreed that the first
Meeting of the said Committee be on friday next
at Eleven in the forenoon And that the Vestry Cl
give Notice to the Gentlemen of the said Committee
to Attend.

The said Committee met on the 10th Instant and
then Adjourned to the 20th. to receive an Estimate &
a plan & Elevation of a New Building.
