an Indictment should be filed agt. the sd. Theodore Sutherland< no role >
at the next Quarter Session of the peace to be held for the
County of Middx for the foremention'd Assault on the said
Peter Campbell< no role > & that the Expence of such Prosecution
be paid by the Churchwards. & allowed in their Account
