to Consider abt. Granting two Leases of Part of sd. Estate

This board being Acquainted by Mr Chimmow that
Mr Delafield had made a Proposal to take the three Coach
houses & Stable in the Whitehorse Inn at £10 a Year
from Lady Day next Tax free late in the Possession of Mr Smith
or his Undertennants

Resolved and Agreed that a Lease of the said Premes be
granted unto the sd. Mr. Delafield for Twenty three Years
from Lady Day next at the Yearly Rent of Ten pounds
Tax free

Mr. Wm. Hoare Attended and Proposed to take a
repairing Lease of the two houses Adjoyning West
to the White horse Inn for 23 Years from Lady Day
next at the Yearly Rent of Ten pounds Tax free
and to pay a Fyne of £35

Resolved and Agreed that a Lease of the said
Premises be granted to Mr Hoare pursuant to the
above Proposal
