Overseers of the Poors Account for the
same month of Decr. last amounting to}£147..17S..11D

Resolved and Agreed that in case any Action or
Actions be brought agt. the Justices of the Peace for
Signing Warrants of Distress against such of the
Inhabitants of this Parish as refuse to pay the Poor
Rates or the Church wardens & Overseers of the
Poor Executing the same that such Action or
Actions shall be Defended by the Church wardens
or Overseers & the Costs allowed them in their Accot.
