Mr. Turner repair the Church according to his
Proposal under the Direction of Mr. Horne
(or on his refusal under the Direction of a mother
Surveyer to be appointed by the Church wardens
& that Mr. Turner give Security to be approved
of by the Churchwardens for Compleating the
same

Resolved & Agreed that Mr. Turner repair
& Beautify the Church according to his
Proposal under the Direction of Mr. Horne
or on his Refusal under the Direction of
another Surveyor to be appointed by the
Churchwardens Mr. Turner giving Security
to be approved by the Church wardens for
Compleating the sd. Work
