sevll. Beadles are very Negligent in their Duty in
Suffering many Vagrants to Wander & begg in the Streets
Cd in this Parish and also Suffering many Persons to
Stand with Barrows in the sevll. Streets Cd to the
Great Annoyance of the Inhabitants of this-
