Ordered & Agreed that in Case the Ground Rent due-
for the Houses in St Clemts. Lane Jutting over the
upper Church Yard be not paid to the Church wardens
by Easter next That then Mr. Churchwarden Gillett
pay to Mr. Hen: Garbrand< no role >
the Sum of £12.10s. due to him
on the Ball of his Acct.
It being Reported by Mr. Churchwarden Sawyer that
the Engine house in the upper Church Yard was so
Ruinous that it was Ready to fall
A Motion was made & the Question putt whether
the Old Engine house be pulled down & a new one
