Parish nd. pay him the Costs he had been at in the Court of
Kings Bench on Quashing the Order of Distress otherwise
he would bring his AccountAction for the Recovery thereof
And a Motion was made & the Question put whether Mr. Harmon
shd. be pd. such his Demand

passed in the Negative

ordered & agreed that in Case Mr. Harmon shd. bring his
Action agt. the Justices of the Peace Signing such Order of
Distress & the Sevll- Persons concerned in levying the same
for the Recovery of such Costs that such Action be defended alys
Expence of the Parish & paid by the Ch: Wdns & the same be allowed
in their Accot.
